The City of Plymouth would like to remind you that our website and drop boxes are available for no-contact services to help residents and staff avoid being exposed to COVID-19.

Drop boxes are located inside the vestibule on the Church St. side of Plymouth City Hall at 201 S. Main and in the drive-through lane of the Plymouth District Library (look for the slot labeled City of Plymouth).

These drop boxes can be used for all forms and payments.

In addition, many of our services are available online.  For online property information, tax payments, utility payments, or any other type of payment, please visit https://bsaonline.com/?uid=293&sitetransition=true

To pay a parking ticket online, visit  https://client.pointandpay.net/webportal/partner.do?method=prepare&webSiteId=1644&ppid=22364

For a request for action (including final water read) from the Department of Municipal Services, visit  https://bsaonline.com/CitizensRequestForAction/Submit?uid=293

You may request overnight parking, a vacation check or business keyholder at https://www.frontlinepss.com/plymouthmi.  This site also allows citizens to report incidents that don't require immediate assistance.

If you haven't yet done so, check out our new website at plymouthmi.gov.  We think it's user friendly and a great source of information.  Let us know what you think by sending an email to [email protected].
