City Road Conditions as of 8:00 a.m.

The City Department of Municipal Services reports that all major streets in the City are clear and wet at this time. This would include, but not be limited to Penniman, Ann Arbor Trail, Harvey, Main Street, Fralick, Forest, Starkweather, and Farmer Street.  Crews are spot checking major streets for slick spots.  Drivers are advised to use caution on bridges and overpasses as they will tend to be slippery and will ice over before roadways.  

Municipal Parking lots have been salted during the overnight hours and will be treated again today.  The Central Parking Deck is an elevated parking area and much like bridges the upper level of the deck can be icy, so use caution.  

Residential side streets are snow covered and slick at this time.   Municipal Services crews are expected to be out with salt trucks to spot salt residential side streets today.
