The City of Plymouth Department of Municipal Services has a crew working until midnight and then a relief crew is coming in at that time and the third wave of the remaining staff members will arrive at 4:00 a.m.

As of 9:15 p.m. on Monday, the City is receiving significant snowfall.  Municipal Services Road Crews are focusing on plowing the City's Major Streets in an effort to keep them open and passable for emergency crews and essential traffic.  If you don't have to go out tonight, please stay home.

All residential side streets will be plowed during the overnight hours and through at least noon on Tuesday.  Also, remember when you see a plow truck please "Don't Crowd the Plow."  Crews are working to keep the roads safe and they need a lot of room to be effective.

The City is under a Snow Emergency, which means that all cars must be removed from the streets to allow plow crews easy and efficient access to your street.  Also, residents and property owners are reminded to not blow, shovel or push snow back into the streets, especially once they have been plowed.  Snow should be stockpiled on the tree lawn area between the sidewalk and curb and not back into the street.
