Services Restored

Plymouth City Hall has been open throughout the pandemic, but several of our services were suspended.  Today, we are restoring two of them.

City Hall is now offering notary public services on a drop-in basis Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  There is a fee of $5 for this service.  Please see our website for more details.

In addition, we are accepting new passport applications on an appointment basis, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. You will soon be able to schedule an appointment online, but in the meantime, you may call 734-453-1234 (option 3) to make an appointment.

We are only able to process new applications for those age 16 years and older and either a new or renewal application for children under the age of 16.  Please view the passport page on our website for detailed instructions.
