NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Plymouth Downtown Development Authority in conjunction with the City of Plymouth, Michigan will accept sealed bids up until 10:00 a.m. April 20, 2023.

The bid opening will be at 10:00 a.m., April 20, 2023 at Plymouth City Hall. Central Parking Structure Restoration 2023 City of Plymouth Downtown Development Authority C/o City Clerk Plymouth City Hall 201 S. Main Street Plymouth, Michigan 48170.

A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, April 4 at 10:00 a.m. at the Plymouth Downtown Development Authority office at 831 Penniman Plymouth, MI 48170. Attendance is required for prospective bidders.
