Flooding causes road closure as of 7:30 a.m.

Due to severe overnight storms with significant rainfall the Tonquish Creek is flooding.  As a result, Harvey Street between Ann Arbor Trail and Penniman is closed due to water over the road.  The Central Parking Deck is also closed due to water covering the Fleet Street alley and lower level of the parking deck.  

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Warning until 3:45 this afternoon.
