Traffic/Flooding Update as of 10:30

The flooding on Harvey Street in the downtown area has subsided.  Crews from the Department of Municipal Services have reopened Harvey Street between Ann Arbor Trail and Penniman.  In addition, they have reopened access to the Central Parking Deck.  

Municipal Services crews are continuing to monitor the weather, and are monitoring the Tonquish Creek to help prevent debris from causing water backups.  Drivers are still advised to avoid flooded roadways as there may be missing manhole covers under the water and the depth of the water may also be unknown.
