At the request of the U.S. Department of State, we are hosting a Passport Day on Saturday, October 21 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Plymouth City Hall.
It’s important to bring the correct form of payment and documentation.
You will need proof of citizenship (original birth certificate with seal or naturalization papers), proof of identity such as a driver’s license, a passport photo, and two checks - one made out to the U.S. Department of State and one for $35 to the City of Plymouth.
