The City of Plymouth Police Department urges all who wish to participate in trick-or-treating do so safely.  Dress in light colors, use flashlights, and stay on the sidewalks.  Be courteous of your neighbors, and only approach a house if the porch light is on.  If you're driving, be mindful of the possibility of children darting into the street.

While trick-or-treating is not a city-sanctioned event, we recognize it's a popular tradition for many of our residents.  The suggested hours are from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on October 31.
