EARLY IN-PERSON VOTING BEGINS SATURDAY
PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY ELECTION
In 2022, residents voted to have in-person early voting,
allowing them to vote in person earlier than Election Day. That option is now
available beginning with the February 27 Presidential Primary Election.
Early Voting begins this Saturday, February 17 and runs
through Sunday, February 25 at the Plymouth Cultural Center, 525 Farmer St.,
Plymouth, MI 48170, with voting hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
More voting options:
> Until Friday, *February 23 at 5:00 p.m. voters can
request absent voter ballots be mailed to them by returning an Absent Voter
Ballot Application or a Ballot Selection Form to the City Clerk's office. Voters who have not yet received a ballot
they have requested should contact the Clerk's office.
> On Saturday, February 24, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. the City Clerk's office will be open to accept voter registrations and
issue absent voter ballots; Plymouth City Hall, 201 S. Main St., Plymouth MI
48170
> On Monday, February 26, until 4:00 p.m. voters can
come to the Clerk's office at City Hall to obtain an absent voter ballot. Absent
voter ballots issued on this day must be voted at the Clerk's office at the
time they are issued.
> On Tuesday, February 27 (Election Day) - Vote in
person as usual at your precinct located at the Plymouth Cultural Center, 525
Farmer St., Plymouth, MI 48170.
> On Tuesday, February 27 (Election Day) until 8:00
p.m., an individual may apply for an absentee ballot in person at the Clerk's office,
only if registering to vote or updating their voter registration address.
Voters who have returned an
absentee ballot can confirm their ballot was received by the Clerk's office by
visiting the MI Secretary of State website at https://mvic.sos.state.mi.us/Voter/Index
After entering their basic
information, they can see a 'Ballot Received' date (example below) on the upper
right side of the screen. If there is
not a Ballot Received date, voters should contact the Clerk's office.
