NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that the City of Plymouth, MI will receive sealed bids in the Plymouth City Hall Clerk?s Office at 201 Main St, Plymouth, MI 48170, no later than Tuesday, July 30, 2024, 2 p.m., local time for the following:

CENTRAL PARKING STRUCTURE RESTORATION 2024

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.

SCOPE OF PROJECT- The Project consists of a single general contract for restoration work on the Central Parking Structure as indicated and/or specified in the Contract Documents.

ISSUING OFFICE- Bidding Documents are being issued by Fishbeck?s Kalamazoo office. Bidders should direct questions and correspondence to:

OBTAIN BIDDING DOCUMENTS- Bidding Documents will be released by Fishbeck via e-mail to prospective Bidders. Drawings can be requested by sending an email to [email protected]. Addenda, corrections, or other revisions that may be issued will be released via e-mail.

BID SECURITY- Bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders must be submitted with each Bid.

WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS- Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the actual date of opening thereof. This time period may be extended by mutual agreement of the City of Plymouth and any Bidder or Bidders.

RIGHT TO REJECT BIDS- The City of Plymouth reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all Bids. The City of Plymouth also reserves the right to delete any item or portion of work.

PREBID CONFERENCE- A pre-bid conference will be held Thursday, July 18, 10 a.m., local time at the City of Plymouth Downtown Development Authority, 831 Penniman Ave., Plymouth, MI 48170. Representatives of the City of Plymouth and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. Prospective Bidders required to attend and participate in the conference.
