Event Road Closures in effect

The Event Road Closures for the Art in the Park are now being put into place.  Drivers can expect the following road closures to be in effect from now until effect until Sunday, July 14th at approximately, 10:00 p.m.

Road closures will include:

* MAIN STREET - Church to Wing (One lane available on Main southbound from Church to Fralick)
* ANN ARBOR TRAIL - Harvey to Union/Deer
* PENNIMAN - Harvey to Union
* FOREST - Ann Arbor Trail to Wing

There WILL BE ACCESS to Schrader Howell Funeral Home, Westborn Market, and Stella's via southbound Main Street from Church Street.  One lane of traffic will remain open southbound.  Access to the Mayflower Grand Ballroom will be via Deer Street.  

For complete information on Art in the Park, so to their website. Most parking lots will be charging a minimum of $10 for event parking.  We highly suggest taking the shuttle buses from Schoolcraft College to the event.  

We also recommend for the safety of your pets that you leave your pets at home.  The anticipated high heat, the hot pavement, large crowds, it is probably best for your dog's (or other pet) health to leave them at home.
