We are pleased to inform residents of an opportunity to exchange their current 65-gallon trash and/or recycling carts for a larger 95-gallon size at no additional cost to you.

Are you finding your 65-gallon trash or recycling cart is often full? If so, this is your chance to upgrade to a more spacious 95-gallon cart for free!

How to Request a Cart Swap:

If you are interested in swapping your 65-gallon trash and/or recycling cart for a 95-gallon cart, please contact the City of Plymouth Municipal Services Department as soon as possible at [email protected].

Please provide your name, address, and indicate which 65-gallon cart(s) (trash and/or recycling) you would like to swap.
